You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, missed appointments, or failure to attend the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.

If technical difficulties occur on our end that prevent the consultation from taking place, we will gladly reschedule your session or issue a full refund.
