Welcome practical parents!
Welcome to the Early Potty Blog! We are writing to you, the practical parent parent that wants to offer their baby the first 1,000 days of their lives!
In here you will find three types of content:
Human microbiome educational material in what we call “baby bite sizes”, which means we digest information as much as possible for you to enjoy little by little. The human microbiome became very popular in the last few years. Scientific discoveries are on the rise mainly because the technology to analyze it became better and cheaper. Why is this relevant to you? Because the human microbiome has a huge impact on your health and its composition is greatly influenced by the early days of life.
We share easy and practical recipes that are focused on feeding your and your baby’s gut once they starts eating solids and help avoid constipation for babies. Our recipes are meant to inspire creativity with things you already have in the fridge. No measurements nor complicated ingredients, just simple step-by-step processes for you to get loose in the kitchen!
Finally and most importantly, baby poop, our main goal is to empower parents with knowledge about Elimination Communication (EC). EC is the act of offering your baby the chance to poop and pee in an appropriate place and not their diaper (however, we are not opposed to baby diapering).
We walk with you during the first 1,000 days of your baby’s life
The first 1,000 days of your baby’s life start when they become a little zygote cell after the sperm meets the egg. As a mom, taking care of your baby at that point means taking care of yourself; and as a dad, taking care of your baby means taking care of mom :).
Once your baby is born, we encourage breastfeeding, which ensures every baby has a healthy gut from the very beginning. Moving on, when your baby starts solids, we recommend practicing baby led weaning. We also suggest following an attachment parenting style which works perfectly with Elimination Communication, we encourage babies to be held in arms as much as you want.
We are happy you are here and we hope we can motivate each other to have a healthy lifestyle that will positively impact our children’s life.
Wow this is very interesting, thank you for creating this blog!
Good luck with your website launch!
